My Actifit Report Card: July 3 2024

I have been in a funk at my work since yesterday and already was dreading as more work kept coming into my queue

Then I decided to read my mood therapy book and as usual just gave me the perspective I needed and I ended up getting my tasks done ✅️✅️

Surprisingly it took less time than I expected. Now I am on track again without the constant nagging feeling of "gonna have to stay late"

Also finished my days tasks for habit challenge, and this time in the afternoon rather than midnight. Cleared up all of my emails and removed all unwanted photos from my phone. Feel relieved to get rid of this clutter.
