I remember when we first moved to Washington state......we traveled up through Oregon. We were at the eastern side of the state, which is pretty far from the ocean, yet the town of Ontario, Oregon, was loaded with seagulls! Not sure why, but it was interesting.

Evil? Well, if you happen to get hit by a big release of their poo, well, yes, I guess that could be considered evil, lol! I try to make sure to never be below their flight patterns!
