Tried to do some home-made KFC, it came out a bit too dry to my liking, will have to adjust the recipe next time.
At least the salad was refreshing.

Amazing! ! ! It delicious a real treat for both hot and normal I guess, this chicken does not dry at all, it is looking like so much moist and fun to make and with a little mess in the kitchen too.
Mayonnaise will help! 😁
Sometimes I use, but in general I'm not a big fan of mayo.
