Day in Brighton : My Actifit Report Card: June 8 2024
A family day out in Brighton, England. Why not!
The weather was not perfect, but warm enough for a single layer of clothing, just!
So we set off from Crawley by bus this morning. It is a rare treat for me as I'm usually driving everywhere. We had the front seats upstairs, too. Nice!
As you can see, there were plenty of clouds around. This didn't ruin the day, and we soon arrived in Brighton for some fun.
Two views, looking both ways from the pier. In one of the shots, you can just make out the tower called 'eye 360'. A rising platform for panoramic views of the area.
The Palace Pier is a very popular attraction in Brighton. Admission fee is £1. It's not a huge amount, but it goes towards the maintenance and upkeep of this iconic structure.
Some seagulls enjoy a bath in one of the many fountains. They looked remarkably clean!
There is also a zip wire. It looks fun but not for me today. 😆 I've just had lunch!
