This question came up yesterday twice and the answer is individualized to your needs - because that's one big part of value of a plot: not only to represent you in game, but to serve your accounts/projects goals and needs. I could reference you to our website, tell you "read this (https://cryptocompany.ceo/overview/land-plots-properties-in-cryptocompany-ceo/) and that (more links)", but I see that this answer needs to be presented on a more available/obvious/detailed but also fitting to the asking person way. Detailed, but orientated to the needs of the person which is asking.
I will prepare some additional FAQs and a way that answers all your questions in the best way on our website. Needed and "should not need to long". So we can expect that within the next 7 to 17 months?. Just a joke... lol. I will start with that as early as I can - we need these answers in a compact way.

I know the part where individual needs may be attached to a plot, but I was asking for the purpose of players adding a huge investment in a plot and in return what will they get, the cost of creation a plot is a different topic altogether.
If I give you an example of Splinterlands, Land owners are given a certain monetary reward for keeping the plots or other assets such as nodes.
Well, this needs a clarity for the sake of players to be comfortable buying and investing in a way so they can have some benefits for the ownership and not just for the customized utility they will eventually create for their plots.

Yes, there are. Several and different. Not only the plot by itself, but the altar for example can trigger the communities or ccceo upvote bot. Or reveal a missing part of a map which you need to find treasure chests. Just as an example for his magical appearance. Individualized to your needs and the possibilities you like to offer to your community members - in this case because it's a community lodge.
