My Actifit Report Card: September 26 2026

Heute war mein letzter Test vor dem Halbmarathon in der nächsten Woche.
Eigentlich wollte ich auch noch die Energy-Gels ausprobieren und nach ca. 7 Kilometer bzw. Nach 45 Minuten, aber ich habe vergessen die Gels einzupacken.

Ansonsten hat es sich schon sehr fordernd angefühlt. Auch die Schuhe machten nach 13 km ein bisschen Probleme.

Ich hoffe ein bisschen darauf, das in Köln das Publikum dazu beiträgt, das es sich leichter anfühlt.
