My Actifit Report Card: September 27 2025

Hallo zusammen!

Im Januar werde ich aller Voraussicht nach meinen ersten Hyrox im Mixed-Double laufen. Daher habe ich mir vorgenommen mindestens einmal in der Woche laufen zu gehen. In der letzten Woche habe ich damit angefangen und mir eine Strecke ausgesucht die ungefähr 5,5 km lang ist.

Meine Zeiten sind dabei noch ziemlich konstant. Kilometer 1 bis 4 liegen im Bereich zwischen 5.32 bis 5.48 Minuten. Der 5. Kilometer dagegen liegt bei über 6 Minuten. Das liegt aber vor allem daran, daß der letzte Kilometer bergauf geht.

Meine Fitness-App rechnet meine verbrannten Kalorien, warum auch immer, in Hühnerkeulen um. Ein Äquivalent , das mir eigentlich nicht weiter hilft. Bei mir wäre die Angabe in Stück Doppelkekse sinnvoller. (4 hatte ich davon zum Kaffee.

Morgen früh geht es wieder zum Crossfit. Da steht dann Rudern und Gewichtheben auf dem Programm.
