Hi Hive,
It's another beautiful Wednesday and it's with great pleasure that I'm welcoming everyone to my blog and I hope you're all doing well and having a great day.
It's mid-week and Wednesday. I'm very happy to take part in today's #wednesdaywalk hosted by @tattoodjay
After a long day of work on the farm, there’s something quietly satisfying about the moment today. After I was done with everything I had planned, I decided to take my usual walk, a simple routine that is slowly becoming one of my favorite parts of the day.
The air felt different, calmer, cool and more refreshing, like the land itself was telling me well done. As I walked along the path, I passed through a cluster of mud huts where some Fulani families reside which is not far from my farm.

The sight of those huts always gives me a deep sense of connection to tradition and simplicity. Life there looks tough, but at the same time, it carries a kind of peace that’s hard to ignore. You can tell that everything around is built on culture, resilience and survival.
I continued with my walk and found myself under a stretch of very big cashew trees. These trees stood tall, almost like guardians of the land, their branches wide and full with dried leaves on the ground.

As I walked beneath those cashew trees, I noticed a few cashew fruits scattered on the ground. Some were fresh, newly fallen, and it reminded me of how nature gives without asking for anything in return. Moments like that make you pause and just appreciate those little things we sometimes overlook.
I didn’t just walk past all these scenes, as I made sure to capture them with my phone. Every step, every view, every small detail felt worth remembering because it's been a while. Today’s Wednesday walk wasn’t just a routine; it felt like a moment of reflection, a way to reconnect with the land and with myself.
Honestly, I’m really happy I took part in today's Wednesday walk. Sometimes, it’s these quiet walks that bring the loudest kind of peace.
At the end of the day, I was able to achieve over 6k actifit step counts.
This is my day #1037 on #iamalivechalleng and I am happy to be alive. A big thanks to @flaxz for this amazng initiative.
