V hodině matematiky se ptá paní učitelka Pepíčka, kolik je dvě bez dvou. Pepíček přemýšlí, přemýšlí, ale nemůže na to přijít. Paní učitelka si však všimla, že má v tašce dvě jablíčka, a tak mu pomáhá: „Kolik jablíček máš dnes k svačině?“ „Prosím, dvě.“ „No, a když je obě sníš, co ti zbude?“ „Prosím, chleba s máslem.“

In math class, the teacher asks Pepíček how much is two without two. Pepíček thinks, thinks, but can't figure it out. However, the teacher notices that he has two apples in his bag, so she helps him: "How many apples do you have for snack today?" "Please, two."
