My Actifit Report Card: March 11 2026

Mam już kurka wodna serdecznie dość. Nie daję rady. A najgorsze w tym wszystkim, że nawet nie robię połowy z tego, co powinienem. Dzisiaj biurokracja mnie zabiła. Cała ta sytuacja mnie zabija. Mam czas do końca marca, żeby dostarczyć bankowi dokumenty, że zgłosiliśmy do PINB zakończenie budowy. Byłem wtedy w PINB. Budowę zakończyliśmy we wrześniu, ale kazali nam donieść oświadczenie kierownika budowy, że budynek nadaje się do użytkowania, mimo braku prądu i miałem donieść projekt instalacji PV. Nie mogłem się doprosić firmy, co mi to montowała, żeby przesłała mi ten projekt (oraz uzgodnienia). Dziś odmówili mi przyjęcia dokumentów, bo - uwaga - projekt jest nazwany 'projekt wykonawczy' a nie 'projekt techniczny'. Było jeszcze parę innych uwag np brak oświadczeń projektantów elektryki i wodkan, tylko dlaczego to nie było problemem przy mojej poprzedniej wizycie? Muszę teraz ścigać chłopa, żeby mi posłał projekt albo przynajmniej pierwszą stronę. Próbowałem nawet sam to podmienić, żeby nie musieć wymagać od ludzi wymagać głupich wygibasów, ale poległem. Poległ GPT, a już Gemini całkowicie. I z ciekawostek parę dni temu zmieniły się formularze, więc musimy wypisać od nowa. Masakra. Zacząłem to pisać i dostałem powiadomienie, że ktoś się kręcił pod naszym domem. Nosz cholera, trzeba by tam podjechać, zaznaczyć swoją obecność, czy coś. Ale ja na zebraniu. Nie wyrabiam się z niczym. A mam jeszcze jeden wielki projekt, który muszę zakończyć do końca marca. A tu mi dochodzi każdego dnia kilka nowych pomniejszych tematów.

I’ve honestly had bloody enough. I just can’t keep up anymore. And the worst part is that I’m not even doing half of what I’m supposed to be doing. Today the bureaucracy completely crushed me. This whole situation is killing me. I have until the end of March to provide the bank with documents proving that we notified the Building Supervision Authority about the completion of the construction. I was already at the authority earlier. We finished the construction in September, but they told us to bring a statement from the construction manager confirming that the building is fit for use despite the lack of electricity, and I also had to submit the design of the PV installation. I couldn’t get the company that installed it to send me the design (and the required approvals). Today they refused to accept the documents because — get this — the design is titled “executive design” instead of “technical design.” There were a few other comments as well, for example the lack of statements from the electrical and water-sewage designers. But why wasn’t that a problem during my previous visit? Now I have to chase the guy so he sends me the design again, or at least the first page. I even tried to change it myself so I wouldn’t have to ask people to perform these ridiculous bureaucratic gymnastics, but I failed. GPT failed too, and Gemini failed completely. And another curiosity: a few days ago the forms changed, so we have to fill them out all over again. It’s a nightmare. I started writing this and got a notification that someone had been hanging around our house. Damn it, I should probably drive over there and make my presence known or something. But I’m in a meeting.
I’m not managing to keep up with anything. And on top of that I still have one big project that I must finish by the end of March. Meanwhile, every day a few new smaller issues keep piling up.
