My Actifit Report Card: March 8 2026

Dzisiaj cały dzień spędziliśmy na budowie, która już prawie jest naszym nowym domem. Zaraz z rana był u nas stolarz żeby zrobić ostatnie przymiarki przed wyceną, no i teraz czekamy już na wycenę. Trzymajcie kciuki, żeby nas nie zabiło. Potem mały grill, ale w międzyczasie sprzątanie włości po zimie. Jesteśmy w momencie już tak blisko a zarazem tak daleko - kuchnię ogarniemy i finansowo i organizacyjnie, ale oprócz tego jest tyle do zrobienia, że szok. Zawsze powtarzałem, że nie chce wprowadzać się do domu, gdzie trzeba będzie mieszkać podczas jego wykańczania, ale chyba nie będzie innej możliwości. Liczę koszty i nie da się tego realnie spiąć w tym roku. Kuchnia liczę 35 k, drzwi do wiatrołapu 5k, klimatyzacja 5k, płyta indukcyjna 2k - bez 50k nie podchodź. I w tym pojawia się kolejny problem, bo drugie tyle będzie kosztowało ogarnięcie terenu bez ogrodzenia, które będzie kosztować trzecie tyle. A na zdjęciu ujęcie z nowej lokalizacji kamerki. Zreorganizowałem co nieco położenie kamer.

Today we spent the whole day at the construction site, which is already almost our new home. Early in the morning the carpenter came by to take the final measurements before preparing the quote, and now we’re waiting for the estimate. Keep your fingers crossed that it won’t kill us.

Later we had a small barbecue, but in the meantime we were also cleaning up the place after the winter. We’re at that point where we’re so close and yet still so far. We’ll manage the kitchen both financially and organisationally, but apart from that there’s still so much to do it’s shocking.

I always said I didn’t want to move into a house while it was still being finished, but it seems there may be no other option. I’m adding up the costs and there’s no realistic way to pull it all together this year. I’m estimating: kitchen – 35k, vestibule door – 5k, air conditioning – 5k, induction hob – 2k. Without 50k there’s no point even starting. And then another problem appears, because sorting out the land around the house (without the fence) will cost about the same again, while the fence itself will cost yet another similar amount. And in the photo you can see the view from the new camera location. I rearranged the placement of the cameras a bit.
