My Actifit Report Card: February 28 2026

Chyba stworzyliśmy potworka. Ledwo wiosna się wyłoniła zza węgła, a tu już widzimy, że spędzimy ją na pumptracku. Pogoda była na tyle dogodna, że udało nam się wybrać jeszcze na rodzinną wycieczkę rowerową, ale jak widać na załączonym obrazku, mój organizm nie jest jeszcze gotowy na jakąkolwiek aktywność fizyczną. Ciekawe z czego to wynika.

I think we may have created a little monster. Spring has barely peeked around the corner, and we can already see that we’ll be spending it at the pumptracku. The weather was good enough for us to go on a family bike trip, but as you can see in the attached picture, my body is clearly not yet ready for any kind of physical activity. I wonder what that’s about.
