My Actifit Report Card: October 7 2025

Z jednej strony, all inclusive wchodzi jak w masełko i pewnie na wagę po powrocie będę bał się wejść. Z drugiej strony, wszystko mnie boli, dosłownie. Najbardziej to chyba lewe kolano, będę pewnie musiał znowu iść do ortopedy. Chyba, że pójdę od razu do fizjoterapii. Dodam też, że dzisiaj nie ruszyliśmy się z hotelu. Trochę słonko przypiekło i czas iść spać.

On the one hand, the all-inclusive package is going down like clockwork, and I'll probably be afraid to even step on the scale when I get back. On the other hand, everything hurts, literally. My left knee hurts the most, and I'll probably have to see an orthopedist again. Unless I go straight to physiotherapy. I should also add that we haven't left the hotel today. The sun is a bit hot, and it's time for bed.
