My Actifit Report Card: June 30 2025

Plan był taki, że miało być delikatnie i bez jakiegoś spinania się. Nawet do roboty dojechałem bez jakiegoś zmęczenia i byłem z siebie zadowolony - tempo było dobre jakieś 18km/h a średnie tętno wyniosło 120. Po przyjściu do roboty zaczął się młyn I dodatkowe wycieczki. Z tego wszystkiego nabiło się przeszło 30k kroków. Wrzucam też wydruki z zegarka, bo @ptaku coś z nich ostatnio wyczytał. Ja zauważyłem tylko to, że tydzień temu, zegarek mi się odparował od telefonu i pewnie stąd informacja, że mam dłużej nosić zegarek, żeby zczytał dane. Co ciekawe apka ING banku też się odparowała, ale apki innych banków już nie 🤷 leki od @ptaku przyjdą jutro. Zobaczymy czy coś to zmieni.

The plan was to do it gently and without any tension. I even got to work without any fatigue and I was pleased with myself - the pace was good, about 18 km/h and the average heart rate was 120. After arriving at work, the mill and additional trips began. From all this, I accumulated over 30k steps. I'm also posting printouts from the watch, because @ptaku read something from them recently. I only noticed that a week ago, my watch got disconnected from the phone, and that's probably where the information that I should wear the watch longer so that it reads the data. Interestingly, the ING bank app also got disconnected, but the apps of other banks didn't 🤷 the medicine from @ptaku will arrive tomorrow. We'll see if it changes anything.
