My Actifit Report Card: June 26 2025

Czyli ogólnie mam papiery na to, że ledwie żyję. Choć dzisiaj wydaje mi się, że nie było aż tak źle. W zeszłym roku mi to fajnie wychodziło, więc teraz też próbuje, a mianowicie u nas na placu zabaw jest pełno możliwości ćwiczenia. W zeszłym sezonie udało mi się podciągnąć na drążku już z 4 razy. Więc staram się też coś znowu porobić. Dziś była pauza. Myślę, że dzień przerwy pomiędzy będzie optymalny. Wiem, że sylwetki mi to nie poprawi, ale może przynajmniej jakieś planki czy podciągania, wznosy nóg w podporze wzmocnią mi tułów, żeby na starość (która już jest blisko) mnie nie powykrzywiało. Ale co ja się martwię starością, jak ja ledwo żyję.

So basically I have papers saying that I'm barely alive. Although today it seems to me that it wasn't that bad. Last year I did it well, so now I'm trying, namely at our playground there are plenty of exercise options. Last season I managed to pull myself up on the bar 4 times. So I'm also trying to do something again. Today was a break. I think a day off in between will be optimal. I know that it won't improve my figure, but maybe at least some planks or pull-ups, leg raises in support will strengthen my torso, so that in old age (which is already near) I won't be crooked. But why worry about old age when I'm barely alive.
