My Actifit Report Card: April 3 2025

Dziś była piękna pogoda, choć rankiem było mroźniej niż wczoraj. Aż chciałoby się więcej pojeździć. No ale chyba zbyt dużo tego by było za dużo. Myślę, że ogólnie się przetrenowuję i stąd nie widać zbytnio efektów powrotu do formy. Zastanawiam się, czy nie włączyć sobie jakiegoś planu garmina, tylko jak to będzie wyglądać? Bo wiecie, ja nie jeżdżę sobie w kółko tylko z punktu A do punktu B. Jak nie mam spotkania to tylko do roboty i z roboty. Zauważyłem też, że trzeba wybrać cel planu i tu też mam podstawowy problem. Nie mam co ustawiać celu osiągnięcia jakiegoś czasu, bo moja typowa podróż potrafi być nawet o 5 minut dłuższą z powodu świateł czy ruchu. Zaś cel dystansowy nie pasuje, bo nie mam zwyczajnie czasu.

Today the weather was beautiful, although it was colder in the morning than yesterday. I would like to ride more. But I guess it would be too much. I think that I am overtraining in general and that is why I am not seeing any results of getting back into shape. I am wondering whether I should start a Garmin plan, but what will it look like? Because you know, I do not drive in circles, I just drive from point A to point B. If I do not have a meeting, I only drive to and from work. I also noticed that I have to choose a goal for the plan, and this is also where I have a basic problem. I do not have to set a goal of achieving a certain time, because my typical journey can be even 5 minutes longer due to traffic lights or traffic. And the distance goal does not fit, because I simply do not have time.
