
A good day working from home today, so less steps, but I did manage a quick workout during my lunch break.
I tried a workout from a sixty years old Russian dude, except he does more pull ups. His workout is twenty pull ups then twenty push ups then twenty squats then a minute and a half break. And ten sets like that so a total of 200 pull ups, push ups and squats. I did the workout except did ten pull ups per set so only one hundred pull ups total.
