
Pretty good day today, spent with family talking about paintings that our daughter is creating, we watched a British show: Slow Horses.
Tomorrow is back to work and I really got used to being on vacation over last few weeks.

Today I worked towards one of my goals by reducing my food and sugar intake. I also did a quick fifteen minute workout and got ten thousand steps.
