
Today was another work day and after it I had a really good workout. This time I did more of a calisthenics style workout. It was ten minutes of high knees, burpees, mountain climbers, jumping Jack's, side shuffling and a few other excercises.
Then followed up by five more minutes of similar excercises and then I ran through every weight lifting excercise but only one set instead of regular three to four sets.

So I did pull ups, dips, bench press, hammer curls, military press, triceps extensions and kettle bell swings. The reason for one set is because I am going into the office tomorrow and we have an on-site gym.
So I will be doing a full weight lifting workout tomorrow and I did not want to tax the same muscle groups even if machines are going to hit them in a completely different way.

I also did oven cleaning and microwave and gas stove cleaning today, overall it was a productive day today. Tomorrow back to the commute and in the office meetings and collaboration.
