My Actifit Report Card: October 1 2025

Today my new phone got delivered and I spent half a day setting it up. Still not done as I have to re-enter passwords in all the apps and tweak settings for S25

Tomorrow I will have a chance to try it out for pictures. As I will be going to the island to get some stuff done.

So far it feels so much better and faster than my Samsung A13 or the older Samsung S20 FE. I am also trying out the Magsafe case for the first time. My first attachment is a magnetic wallet from Spigen.

Officially it fits three credit cards, but in reality it fit two credit cards my drivers license and my work ID. I really like this configuration. My old case could only handle three cards and it was not as nice.

It was also a first time ESIM setup and transfer of physical SIM to ESIM. All done at home without visiting the T-Mobile store.

Now we are waiting for my Wife's Apple iPhone 17 Pro Max to arrive then we will be able to send back the trade in phones.

Next week is going to be my first in person office day since COVID. Not looking forward to it at all, though it will provide a chance to take more of Seattle pictures and to use our gym at work that has different exercise equipment than what I have at home.

It is good to use a variety of weights and weight lifting equipment as each type of equipment and exercise hits slightly different muscles and I get more sore and sore in new places when I use weight lifting machines versus free weights.

Tomorrow I will take a day off from work so that is going to be nice. And this post is my last Actifit post from the temporary phone, will see how it works with Actifit on a new phone and will see how Samsung AI works with taking pictures. It is going to be a whole new learning experience for me.
