My Actifit Report Card: May 7 2026

The best thing one can do for his body is to exercise on a daily basis. I sometimes wake up tired and not wanting to leave the bed. But, I tell myself that if I do not get up to exercise, my body will not be happy with me in the long run. Today, I did a road walk of about 8 km. I Started with indoor, then rounded it up with outdoor. Body I shape for today.
