Smog or Fog? Luckily I think it's Fog as I drove through a bit of it on the way to work. You can just make out the Brisbane Central business district on the horizon.
My activity count was made up of n early 5 kilometre run, a fair bit of walking, stairs and ladders as well as our regular afternoon 4km walk.
