
After my very slow recovery cycling ride yesterday, my resting heart rate was still elevated, a clear sign that my body is still fighting the virus, so today was another rest day and I'm sick of rest, I'm not very good at doing nothing.
I read today in a runners magazine, 5 to 10 days of rest after getting sick is perfectly normal 👀 but omg 10 days is so long! I got frustrated and in a bad mood this afternoon, I went for a walk but that didn't help so after that I slept for one and a half hour, guess my body really needs the rest...
