The day started easy with editing my new video that's scheduled to launch coming Sunday, it was quite a lot of work, editing and then uploading and setting everything up for YouTube's background so hopefully the algorithm will pick it up.
1 long form video accompanied by 8 shorts, I don't expect big things from this but I like trying out new things.
When I was done I had a good meal, cleaned the bathroom and got ready for a ride on the indoor trainer, the weather outside was pretty nice with sun even but also a lot of wind, I'm still excited by all MyWhoosh's features so I decided to ride indoors, first I did a 55 minute slow endurance training followed by a FTP Ramp Test, which basically means you have to pedal with 10 watts more power every minute, I got up to 280 watts and only needed to complete the 290 and 300 blocks but my legs had enough.
Still a pretty nice effort and a solid FTP to start working with.
