Yesterday's ride on MyWhoosh, cycling 50km and climbing 400 meters was tougher than I thought and today I can feel it was a good exercise so I took things easy, I did a lot of video editing, some gaming, I cleaned my mountain bike and got a new bucket of cottage cheese to give my body proteins to recover.

I just barely got above 5k, tomorrow is my first work day after being off for about 10 days.
