An unexpected long day - My Actifit Report Card: March 11 2026
Another workday in Belgium started with a 2.5 hour drive for nothing because the customer didn't bring the right key to unlock the room I needed to work in, the key was 1.5 hour away so a new appointment was made, after another small job in the area I thought it would be an easy day because I didn't have any other planned jobs on the list, which is usually filled with small jobs on the way home, but this time my planner had other plans, a job in Dinant, a 148km drive from my location and because of bad weather and traffic jams a 3.5 hour drive back home 😣
The Dinant area is a pretty place to be!
Pretty crazy difference in gas price, because of the big distance I refueled twice. The first time in Belgium where the diesel was €1.92 and the second time back in the Netherlands, price €2.19 for the same liter.
We are getting screwed by our government!
