Today I went back to the Slingeland MTB track for the second time, it was exactly one month ago since I've last been here and the ground is now covered with leaves but it wasn't very slippery.
The track is almost 1km long, so pretty short but intense, at the end of the 3 minute run my heart rate is close to max, 160 out of 165 max according to my age.

With 5 runs today and 4 last time I am now the Strava Local Legend on this segment, I also made a new personal record, practice makes perfect but I'm far from perfect, but the curbed bends are getting better already.

Looking at the stats of my five runs, I improved every time, my power went up and strangely my heart rate down.

I also got the Local Legend title for another segment on the way back, let's see if I can keep them but this all depends on what the wind direction and speed is, both segments are to my west and when there's a lot of wind from the east, my rides will start off to the east so I have the tailwind on my way back.
