My Actifit Report Card: June 29 2025

It was a very active morning, I started with breakfast and a 30 kilometer cycling trip in 70 minutes, when I got home and I took a shower my daughter was asking if I was up for a walk together, I like spending time with her so of course! So we went for a 4km walk but it was already pretty hot.

I stayed inside the house the rest of the day because of the heat and it's getting worse the next three days, not as bad as in Spain though!
