My Actifit Report Card: June 14 2026

Hey Actifitters,

The weather was very nice yesterday with plenty of sun, and quite cool, compared to the bad previous hot and humid days. So of course, we spent lots of time outdoors. For Kaia and Le Chat, the exploration started in the backyard. There's already plenty of interesting scents to check.

As usual, we continued to the small forest behind the front yard next.

Kaia really wanted to go into the green jungle!

Le Chat was interested but stayed behind at first.

It's a small forest but it's a big world for Le Chat.

In early summer, when it's super green like that, it actually looks much bigger, as all the buildings around are hidden. In winter, when all the trees are bare, that looks quite different.

And of course, when the sun becomes stronger and pierces through the canopy, it's even better!

She didn't follow inside, but Le Chat made sure to greet us when we made it back close to the entrance. Kaia let her think she was leading the way, but we all know who was really in charge.

We finished our walk in the neighborhood as usual. The clouds were once again beautiful, with the sun going in and out, making the light very changing.

And just as we got back, it suddenly started raining. With the blue sky we added just a few minutes before, it was a big surprise. It didn't last luckily and it gave us an even better sunset light, along with a faint rainbow.

And that was it for the day's activities. With Actifit still failing to count steps accurately, I didn't make it above the bar for #poprzeczka competition. But the step count with my watch using Samsung Health is very accurate and easily above the bar, so I will upload a snapshot for #poprzeczka, so I can't compete a few more days. Probably will have to do the same for #macfit.
