My Actifit Report Card: April 1 2026

Hey Actifitters,

Once again, yesterday was mostly about the workweek routine and like I mentioned many times, that is absolutely fine for Le Chat. She could relax all day and that would not be a problem for her.

But in the afternoon, a friend stopped by to go with us for our daily walk with Kaia. Whenever something is slightly different, Kaia gets all excited of course. But our route was basically the same as most day, starting with a stop behind the front yard.

Then we headed to the bigger forest of course.

Like I said, Kaia was excited having another person with us, but she couldn't resist the call of the wild and disappeared for a while chasing deer.

So fast she was blurry...

And finally she remembered her very important job of leading us out of the forest and back home.

And that was it for the day's activities. Like I said, even with an unexpected visit, it was still pretty routine and my final step count is also a bit lower than usual but not so bad. Let's step it up for April. I'm really hoping to resume running, so it should help.
