Hey Actifitters,
Back from our weekend getaway, yesterday was a busy day in the morning with a bunch of meetings for work and of course I also needed to pick up Kaia from her pet resort. The weather was pretty nice and we managed to get out in the afternoon for our daily walk.

The little snow we got while driving back and overnight wasn't enough to cover the whole ground, but it was nice to see the small forest with a few white patches.

Kaia was like a puppy rediscovering the forest, so many smells and critters to chase!

Of course we didn't stop there and went to the bigger forest next. A little more snow there, but not much unfortunately.

Again Kaia didn't even know where to start, so many interesting things!

As usual, the snow cover on the other side of the forest is significantly better. I never understood why but it's cool.

We caught part of the sunset at our favorite spot.

By the time we cut through the forest one last time, the sun had almost disappeared.

And Kaia led us out, waiting for us every time she realized she was too far ahead.

Kaia wasn't the only happy one yesterday, we found Le Chat waiting for us at the door when we came back. She quickly found her spot on the stairs and just hung out there, apparently very content.

And that was it for our first day back in the workweek routine. We found enough time for outdoor activities and as a result the bar was reached (barely) in the #poprzeczka competition, yay!!
As always, thanks for stopping by and see you tomorrow.

That's a nice post, thank you for sharing it! Most that I find in the community are just 10 word and seem to be farming, but this one is nice. Great pics. How old is Kaia? She looks a little older, but with the winter fell it's hard to tell. She's definitely a beauty.
Thanks, glad you liked the pics, and I appreciate the compliment. I agree some posts in this community are very low effort, and in my opinion shouldn't be rewarded as much as they are.
You are right, Kaia's on the older side, she'll turn 10 this summer. I obviously hope she'll stay as healthy as possible for a long time, but I also know big dogs usually don't get as old as the smaller ones. For now, in spite of growing arthritis, she still has this puppy energy and behavior, she's a great dog!
Have an awesome day, !ALIVE
