My Actifit Report Card: February 12 2026

Hey Actifitters,

Yesterday didn't go exactly as planned with a few errands taking longer than expected and several unplanned meetings at work, and of course a lot of laziness. Anyways, because of it, we went for our daily walk, even later than usual, long after nightfall.

We didn't waste time and walked directly to the forest, without even stopping behind the front yard.

Kaia disappeared several minutes in the darkness chasing after a group of deer. It was really dark! She knows she's not supposed to do this. Her punishment was that she had to pose for a few photos. Not a very bad punishment, she likes climbing on these trees anyways.

But I guess she got the message, as for the rest of the walk, every time she was too much further ahead, she'd wait.

In the neighborhood, black ice becomes an issue. With the warmer temperatures a couple days ago, followed by much colder nights, it's very icy! I prefer when it's always cold!

And I'll finish with Le Chat again. The photo is not from yesterday but this is pretty much the same as how we found her. So lazy...

Well, not a very interesting day, but at least it brought some steps, with my first day above 20k in a while. Hopefully I can keep the activity up for the long week end.
