My Actifit Report Card: December 19 2025
Hey Actifitters,
Yesterday wasn't too busy at work but we had a technician at home trying to figure out what was wrong with the brand new furnace they installed the day before. It took a bit of time but he did find out what was going on and fixed it. He stayed almost an hour longer to make sure it was working and it was when he left. Except than a couple hours later, it failed again with a completely different error code. Bummer... I called explaining the details, but on a Friday afternoon, no technician available. At least, it works temporarily before it fails, so the house stays somewhat warm. And we'll see next week if they can come back once again. That's quite ridiculous in my opinion that at least three additional visits are required to get a simple new furnace going but I'll be happy when it's all good.
As for activities, it was as usual a long walk with Kaia.
As soon as we crossed the front yard, she started the chase. Like I said in the past, I'm not even sure she always knows what she chases...
But she has fun!
We already walked several loops in the small forest, so I didn't feel like going to the bigger one, but we did walk in the neighborhood for a while. With the temperature rising the day before and dropping again, we now have plenty of these huge icy patches. On the side of the road, that's no big deal, but on the road itself, that can be quite dangerous for drivers who aren't careful.
Not much else to report, but the good news is that it's still a clean sheet in December #poprzeczka competition. Let's see if we can keep the streak during the week end.
