My Actifit Report Card: December 10 2025

Hey Actifitters,

Like the day before, yesterday didn't go as planned either. But not because of work this time. In the afternoon, I went to the garage to get my winter wheels mounted and that's on the way back that everything took a turn for the worse. I didn't even make it back home when one of my newly mounted tires blew up! Luckily I just had gotten off the highway and I could find a small parking lot on the side. It was a real and lengthy struggle (all done in sub-freezing temperature) but I was finally able to take out the wheel and replace it with the spare. Well, the afternoon was pretty much gone...At least, it didn't cause an accident, that could have been much worse if that had happened while still on the highway. Anyways, that's the main reason our daily walk was even later than the past few days and not that long, even though we went to the bigger forest.

Kaia needed the distraction, she was stuck inside while I was dealing with the tire situation!

On the way back, we greeted our tree friend, still all his leaves!

And we went around the forest a couple times, just to add a little distance.

It was of course not a surprise, but Le Chat didn't care about any of that! She has that ability to fall asleep doing anything, even while begging for more food!

Well, not the best day obviously, but at least I got a serious workout changing that damn tire! Final step count ain't bad either, almost 20k.
