My Actifit Report Card: October 8 2025

Hey Actifitters,

Yesterday weather was great, sunny but finally chilly, but as often, I messed up and we got ready for our daily walk too late, when the sun was already getting low.

Even Le Chat was already sleepy... Just kidding, she's always sleepy!

After checking the foliage colors in the yard, we quickly went to the small forest behind the front yard, where the sun was still very bright.

As often, Kaia started the exploration by herself, until Le Chat joined in, with some cuddles of course.

The plan was as usual to walk to the bigger forest next, but first we caught the end of the sunset.

Even with the low light, it's nice to chase the fall colors. Like I mentioned many times, it's weird with still a whole lot of green.

We made sure to walk till the opening with all the fallen trees, as it stays brighter a little longer.

And as often, we finished our walk after nightfall in the quiet neighborhood. The Moon wasn't visible yet unfortunately.

I was supposed to go for a run after that but I wasted so much time it was just too late. I'll have to wait until Thursday to test my Achilles again. It feels better but pain isn't completely gone yet. We'll see how it goes.
