My Actifit Report Card: September 21 2025

Hey Actifitters,

The stormy and rainy day yesterday made us all kind of lazy like Le Chat.

But it cleared up later in the afternoon.

And of course that meant we were outside right away!

As almost every day, we started our walk behind the front yard, before going to the forest.

The humidity was quite high, but the rain didn't flood any of the trails. It was our first rain in quite a while, so it was absorbed very quickly. I was worried that the sun would be gone by the time we made it to the forest, but it was still shining bright through the leaves.

As often, we saw plenty of deer.

I usually fail trying to snap photos of Kaia during a deer chase. Once again, it's the best I could do.

It was a bit cloudy but we could catch part of the sunset.

And finally cut back through the forest for one last loop before heading home.

We often find deer in our yard, but when we came back home, this one was almost at our door! This is our A/C unit behind him. And can you see the second one behind the fence? In our backyard! Kaia wasn't too happy about it but they quickly fled.

Well, even with the activity late in the day, it wasn't sufficient to pass the bar in #poprzeczka competition. Like I said, I'm hoping to run several times this week, so hopefully that will help me jump the bar and stay in the competition a little bit longer.
