My Actifit Report Card: August 3 2025

Hey Actifitters,

Yesterday started pretty much the same, it was going to be another slow and easy day, with of course a walk with Sam.

In spite of the sun, it wasn't too hot in the morning.

And Sam, just like me, likes it much better when it's cooler.

He followed interesting scents up the trails.

But he's a good dog, and usually comes back pretty quickly when called.

On the next trail, he did stay very far behind though. Way too many scents, he couldn't resist!

But again, he came back, sniffing here and there, along the way...

As we ended the walk, my favorite hills were stuck behind clouds, which was a bit weird, as the rest of the sky was just blue!

Like I said, we thought that would be mostly it for the day's activities and we just enjoyed the sun in the afternoon, with a little swimming.

But some friends called me and apparently they started going for walks every evening. So of course I joined in. We ended up walking over 10km, from before the sunset till well after nightfall.

This time, that was it for the activities though. Much better step count than I expected of course and a full day.
