My Actifit Report Card: February 19 2025

Hey Actifitters,

Nothing really out of the ordinary yesterday to go with a rather grey weather.

We did take several breaks in the yard of course. That's great to enjoy the snow and for Kaia to run like a crazy puppy!

Once again, our main long walk was pushed until after nightfall, so we went directly to the forest.

Different place, same behavior for Kaia, just running all over the place!

Until she once again led us out of the forest.

Since it had been kind of a long day at work, I felt we needed to walk a little bit more. So we roamed in the neighborhood longer than usual. With the current temperatures well under freezing point, it's important we try and stay on streets covered with snow. At least I know snow stays around the same temperature, while pavement can get much colder, and that can get bad for Kaia's paws. One of the neighbors was kind enough to clean a couple of the streets with his pickup truck, so we just have to avoid those.

In spite of a busy work day, final step count wasn't bad, and easily above the bar for #poprzeczka. Still a clean sheet in the competition! Really not sure about Thursday though.
