📿 The ruling on the husband forbidding his wife from paying zakat:

When the husband gives his wife the gold stipulated in the dowry and because of this the wife becomes a member of the Nisab, then the wife is obliged to pay zakat on it. In such a case, it is not permissible for the husband to forbid her from paying zakat and for the wife to accept any such thing.
