Hello, again! How are you? I hope that you are doing great. Welcome to my post. It's actifit report number 1285. It's also the alive and thriving report on Saturday, July 12, 2025.
Previously I used to keep the actifit app open always. It would heat up my device. I tried to use the Fitbit mobile app to track my steps. But for that, we needed the latest version of the Android mobile. So, after purchasing my current Honor Lite 200, which has Android version 14, I installed the Fitbit app. Since then, it's been working fine. It works in the background. No stress to check if the actifit app is open or not. The Fitbit app doesn't heat up the device. When posting the report, I sync it and the steps show up in the actifit app. Easy peasy!!
As the Fitbit app is running in the background 24/7, it keeps counting steps as long as my mobile is in my pocket! Every day, most of the steps come from my casual walk between my home, office, and mosque. On Saturday, I couldn't walk on the treadmill. But, still made over 6k steps!
I had a duty as a relieving doctor in another clinic on Saturday. It was an average workday with 25 patients in the chamber. No emergency case arrived.
Okay. That's all for today. I am alive, healthy, and thriving, Alhamdulillah. How about you?
