Hi, there! How are you? I hope that you are doing great. Welcome to my post. It's actifit report number 1246. It's also the alive and thriving report on Jan 23, 2025.

My nephew, my kid, and I went to a nearby marketplace-like area (village marketplace) in the afternoon. We went there on foot. It was the only time I went out from home. We stayed there for a little over one hour. I took the following photograph on our way back home.

The rest of the time I was at home. I took a short nap after 10 am but it was interrupted by a patient who came to show a report of his wife. People in Bangladesh always want to take a second opinion whenever they come across a doctor. A doctor already consulted his wife but he came to know if the management was okay or not! Silly people!

Okay. That's all for today. I am alive, healthy, and thriving, Alhamdulillah. How about you?

Yes, if you want a second opinion, you have to call their office and make an appointment to see them. No one goes to a doctor's home.
