My Actifit Report Card: May 5 2026

Hello all actifiters,

Monday marked a brand new start to the week. I was up by 5:00 AM to attend a morning yoga session. While waking up that early can be a challenge, it is much easier if you manage to get to bed at a decent hour.
The session went smoothly. For now, we are commuting to the class by vehicle, but once the body adapts to this new routine, I plan to start walking there. It will be a perfect way to warm up before the session starts.
In the evening, I headed out for a walk with my daughter. My total activity score for the day came from a mix of my standard daily routine and that evening stroll.
Activity Highlights
5:00 AM - Early wake-up for Yoga.
Morning - Completed a productive yoga session.
Evening - Quality time and walking with my daughter.
Goal - Transitioning to walking commutes for extra warm-up.
