Hello all actifiters,
I am hitting my stride with a total of 16,000 steps yesterday. The recent integration between Actifit and Google Fit has been a game changer and it's much more convenient now that I do not have to worry about whether the app is running in the background.
Activity Breakdown:
Office Hours: The bulk of my movement came from walking throughout the workday.
Evening Routine: I wrapped up the day with a focused yoga session, prioritizing deep stretching and breathing exercises to decompress.
