My Actifit Report Card: January 21 2025
Hello all actifiters,
Here I am with my previous day activity score ie 19k activity.
This is one of the best score of current year. I have touched approximately 13k few days back but today's score is almost 1.5 time the previous high score. Indeed it was a busy day. I was on leave and was out of home only most of the time.
In the morning I woke up at 7.30 an prepared the apple, cucumber, Spanish, mint smoothly. The consistency was thick so the taste was also little bit different then usually.
In the evening after returning home went out for the walk and walked for 20 min. The day was warm as compared to the previous days as Sun wa shining in the sky.
