Hallo Sportfreunde.

Keine Wolken - nur einzelne Streifen am Himmel zu sehen.
Aber 15 Grad kälter als vorgestern 🥶🥶🤢☹️😁😉😉
Nichts für meinen zarten Körper 🤣🤣🤣
Dafür ist mein Start mit den neu aufgelegten 20 Wiederholungen gut gelungen.
Das macht Laune und hebt die Stimmung. Dann klappt es sicherlich demnächst auch mit 25.
Hat aber noch Zeit.
Nur nichts überstürzen 😂😁😁
Genießt den Sonntag und bleibt gesund und fit.

Eher 10 Sätze a' 20 Wiederholungen.
Wenn ich dann noch Kontinuierlich diese Leistung halten kann, werde ich wieder steigern und 25 Wiederholungen machen.
