Week 2 Reflection

What Went Right?
Regularly got over the feeling of "having to get something done" and just finished the day, so went to bed before 23:00 on every single day. Woke up without alarm two days this week, so probably got over the deficit. Sat down and communicated what I wanted to get done, made time for it and actually felt like making progress on occasion.
What Went Wrong?
While in bed by eleven, I took quite a while to fall asleep on two days. Working on that, think it's because of anxiety over not getting enough done, see above. One day I just shut down and was rather impolite about insisting on the 22:00 deadline. Should communicate my goals and tactics better and be lenient when it comes to social occasions. Still some remnants of that cold I cought last week.
How Will I Improve?
Kind of determined to start exercising this week. Gotta keep it light, though, still a bit sick. Starting the 90-day book once more. Work's about to get a little less stressfull, but there's some holidays coming up. Got to keep chipping away at the chores so I won't be blindsidet if (WHEN) there's going to be a disruption.
