Howdy friends, I’m quite happy with my Actifit report today as I achieved my step goal once again. I’ve been so unmotivated and lazy recently so I’m trying to force myself regardless of how I’m feeling to just get up and finish the steps off each day.
Right now it feels extremely tedious but I’m sure I’ll be back in the right spirit of things soon enough, threw in some general weight training today too which is a lot easier than cardio!
Hopefully tomorrow I can close all my Apple watch rings, only 150 calories more today and I’d have achieved it but i’ve been walking indoors since I purchased this walking pad as it’s freezing constantly, walking indoors is less of a sweat so slower heart rate but at least the slow burning exercise is still being completed.
