L'ultima alba di questo 2025 rischia di essere una delle più fredde dell'anno in quanto il termometro si avvicina minacciosamente allo 0 gradi Celsius, temperatura che viene toccata raramente in un anno in questa zona.

La prima fermata della giornata come a Natale è dal pescivendolo e poi subito di corsa in autobus verso casa e mentre le narici respirano quella fredda aria dell'est europeo vedo l'azzurro del cielo risplendere davanti al mio viso rigenerando la mia anima mentre cammino.

Secondo e terza tappa al supermercato e al forno per ultimare gli acquisti per il cenone di San Silvestro mentre molti ancora dormono cosicché in pochi minuti abbiamo terminato la spesa per comprare tutto il necessario e quindi ti toccherà solo godere dell'attesa per l'avvento della mezzanotte.

Una gradita a sorpresa l'abbiamo a pranzo dove mia sorella ci ha preparato una serie di pizze fritte con vari gusti tipici locali come pizzette di scarola, pizzette salsiccia e friarielli e pizzetta ricotta, cotto e mozzarella.

E mentre una gelida serata cominciava a scendere sulla città partivano i primi fuochi di artificio in quanto i commercianti della zona a San Silvestro si esibiscono in uno spettacolo pirotecnico che blocca completamente il traffico della città in mezzo a un infernale manifestazione di fuochi d'artificio.

Ed ora è arrivato il momento di mettersi a tavola in questa lunga maratona culinaria con un antipasto che è un po' un sacrilegio per una tavola napoletana ovvero c'è del sushi che non è proprio il piatto tipico locale ma purtroppo la gioventù moderna sta prendendo delle abitudini discutibili.

Nel frattempo si preparano nella cucina i contorni e ci apprestiamo a tagliare dell'ottimo pane casareccio partenopeo che dà un maggiore gusto accompagnando con il suo pregevole sapore i piatti della cucina locale.

Oltre alle altre pietanze a tavola c'era anche il roast beef il che testimonia la multietnicità del cenone di San Silvestro di quest'anno a casa nostra.

Sì proprio mentre il cielo della città viene illuminato da uno degli spettacoli pirotecnici più impressionanti che si vedono al mondo io saluto tutti gli straordinari pionieri della blockchain di Hive che ci sono venuti a trovare tra le righe di questo actifit report di fine anno.
