Actifit RC: Dec 15th 2025 - A week that is well underway.

And today too I am in Piazza Garibaldi just as the day begins to dawn and the first rays of the sun set a wonderful dawn in a climate that is changing slightly, being today a day of transition between the anticyclone and the low pressure that will occur in the next few days.

The temperature is around 5 degrees, which may not seem like excessive cold, but rather due to the Neapolitan's lack of propensity for cold and already excessively low temperatures, while I already wear gloves and a hat.

It's almost seven in the morning and the Garibaldi tunnel is semi-deserted. As I arrive at the metro platform, I consult the less than encouraging forecast for the next few days as the arrival of an Atlantic storm is expected.

For today I have planned blood samples for genetic tests at the Federico II Polyclinic, which is a huge medical city that arches over the hills of the city, and here I am at the entrance to the health facility.

Inside this health district, you travel by bus, which fortunately arrived almost simultaneously with my entry into the hospital, and since the temperatures on the hills are even colder, I blessed that fitting connection.

I prefer to arrive very early, and knowing that most of my fellow citizens don't arrive on time for appointments, I know I'll be the first to be served and the first to leave because my time is important to me, and I don't want to waste it waiting endless shifts in the hospital.

And today I am particularly grateful to have made this choice as by 9:00 in the morning I am already on my way home where I have a lot of commitments to fulfill.

And while I enjoy the spectacle of this wonderful sunset in the evening, I greet all the extraordinary pioneers of the Hive blockchain who have stumbled upon the lines of my crypto blog.

Una settimana che ben comincia.

Ed anche oggi sono a piazza Garibaldi proprio mentre comincia a nascere il giorno ed i primi raggi solari imbastiscono una meravigliosa alba in un clima che sta leggermente cambiando essendo oggi una giornata di transizione tra anticiclone e bassa pressione che ci sarà nei prossimi giorni.

La temperatura è intorno ai 5 gradi che può sembrare un freddo non eccessivo ma che per la scarsa propensione del napoletano al freddo e già eccessivamente bassa mentre io indosso già sciarpa guanti e cappello.

Sono quasi le sette di mattina e la galleria Garibaldi è semideserta mentre arrivo alla banchina della metropolitana consulto le previsioni non proprio incoraggianti per i prossimi giorni in quanto si preannuncia l'arrivo di una tempesta atlantica.

Per oggi ho in programma dei prelievi per dei test del sangue genetici al Policlinico Federico II che è un'immensa citta della medicina che si inarca sulle colline della città ed eccomi arrivato all'ingresso della struttura sanitaria.

All'interno di questo quartiere sanitario ci si sposta con un autobus che fortunatamente è arrivato quasi in contemporanea al mio ingresso nella struttura ospedaliera e siccome le temperature in collina sono anche più rigide ho benedetto quella opportuna coincidenza.

Io preferisco arrivare molto presto e sapendo che la maggior parte dei miei concittadini non arriva puntuale agli appuntamenti sono consapevole che sarò il primo ad essere servito ed il primo ad andare via perché per me il mio tempo è importante e non mi va di sprecarlo aspettando infiniti turni in ospedale.

Ed oggi sono particolarmente grato di avere fatto questa scelta in quanto per le 9:00 di mattina già sono in viaggio verso il ritorno a casa dove ho un sacco di impegni da rispettare.

E mentre la sera mi gusto lo spettacolo di questo meraviglioso tramonto saluto tutti gli straordinari pionieri della blockchain di Hive che sono capitati tra le righe del mio cripto blog.
