Late night walk : My Actifit Report Card: August 21 2025

After another day of travelling back and forth in the car, it was nice to relax a while and enjoy family company.

I left late in the evening for a short walk home. There is something nice about walking in the dark for the first time since last winter. The days are shortening now, so darkness descends earlier, giving the illusion of time passing quicker.

As I crossed a road bridge, it gave me an opportunity for some pictures.

The road was quiet for a change. This roundabout is one of the busiest around town in the daytime, but deserted now!

It was a pleasant walk, but I was glad to get home and enjoy a cup of tea.
